In 2006, Mauro Colagreco established Mirazur in Menton, France in an unusual 1920s Modernist building with sweeping views of the Mediterranean Sea.
Mirazur receives its 2nd Michelin star.
In 2019, Mirazur received 3 stars from the French Michelin Guide and was voted No. 1 on The World's 50 Best Restaurants' List.
In 2020, Mauro Colagreco was the first to obtain the "Plastic Free" certification for Mirazur.
Always on the move with a desire to continue learning and moving forward, Mauro pursues his dreams to put the concerns of the Earth at the centre of his creations.
